I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great for enjoying nature, with beautiful greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-designed but had some minor issues. The service was exceptional, friendly and attentive, which made a real difference. However, the dining options were not up to par, and there were a few surprises with insects in the room that dampened the stay.
